Is CS6 still in the Beta Stage?

Answer is no to both of them cs6 is available to buy
free transform locks all the other layers still.
Still some issues such as opening an image and it not being displayed correctly it sort of tiles it but double click the image with the move tool or something then it goes back to normal.
I have been reading because it runs on a new GUI that no one has been able to install it using wine or any linux based systems as of yet but this may change.
Windows 8 is about to be released and there is conflicts there.
