I am trying to install CS5 on my laptop and it says I need to close internet explorer to continue so I did and it says it again. Everything I do it comes back up and repeats the message. This is the 3rd time I have done an install with this disc so I know there is nothing wrong with the files on it and it took my serial number so I don't know what the issue could be. Can anyone help?
