I have this issue when drawing in a small spot (around 1 centimeter) the action will not appear until after i remove then pen or i leave the small area when drawing. I've tried adjusting the performance settings but nothing seems to work. it also doesn't seem to be the specific brush because it does it to all of them and it doesn't seem to be the pressure sensitivity on the pen. I'm using a Wacom Cintiq 13hd.
