Issue with images.

When I use the paint bucket tool to fill in an entire layer I am getting areas that are not being filled in. The attached image shows a new image 480 by 100 and only the bucket tool was used. The top is typical of the issue I am having and I cannot find a reason for it or a setting to change. If the image is larger like 480 by 480 I will get the same effect every 335 or so pixels down. The width that is not filled in is approx 15 to 20 px.

Okay, I think it's easier for us to find out what's wrong, if you send us your .psd file, to see if we get the same problem with your file.
