jpg into vectors

looking for someone capable to take some of my designs that have been created as jpgs and bitmaps and turn them into clean scalable vectors for print of clothing, bus. cards, banners etc. all designs are fully complete, just need redrawn/traced or whatever into vectors... if thats you hit me up with rates and lets make this happen.
