Jumpy Animation On Loop

I am creating a sig for a friend. The animation is set to forever, but when it has finished running through the timeline it really jumpy when it loops. Here is an example. I will be adding effects to the text, this is just o you can see what I mean.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
