light beam

Nice start!
Here's some things you could do to make it more realistic:
1) You have the light coming in through only the top panes, it should come in the bottom as well.
2) The light beams seem like they're too blue, I think that even if it were a blue light the beam itself would be much brighter (think spotlight). One time where you would see a light beam that intense is with a laser, but that's obviously not what we're going for here (though I guess we are in an alternative universe here so I suppose anything goes...!)
3). Nice blue cast on the ball! The same should apply to the walls and floor, right now the floor is uniformly lit and the wall has a yellow cast to it-giving them an obvious blue cast will probably make the blue of the light beam make more sense as well.
Looks good-keep going! :righton: :righton:

The pic does look good. Some things I noticed are that the light seems to be too hard. Should have some softness on the edge. The angle seems to be a little off as well. I agree about the missing light on the wall and floors. Remember that when you add light coming from the bottom panes, to adjust your angle as well. Keep up the work though! It will come together. Just my 2 cents though.
