Specific Making a Small Image Larger

I have here a very small "Rubinoff" logo I need blown up to be high quality to put on a shirt. It may end up requiring making the pixilated logo sharper with clean lines in the end. Can somebody help me out? Thanks, gurus!

I vectorized it for you. You can use the vector .eps file for the printer, but here's a preview. Someone else is welcome to edit the vector to clean it up a bit.
