Hope you dont mind bud,I could not work out a better way of showing you without using the image itself  ;\

I set the layers to "color" blend mode picked the colors I wanted and painted basically to give you an idea.

The light angle is upper right as well

Thanks Ferlin     You paint your water as if you are looking straight down onto it,then you use transform persepctive and drag the handles out until you get the level you want the water to sit at ,then add touch ups.
