Hello and welcome to PSG.

Most of those reversed/parody logos are more than likely made with the Pen Tool in conjunction with a font. Some are made entirely with the Pen Tool.

Here's a font close to the coke font that was probably used in this example: http://www.dafont.com/loki-cola.font

Most are accurate in staying true to the original font/logo.
