Hi Everyone,

Before I jump headfirst into scanline tutorials, could someone look at this logo and tell me what the best way to make these type of scanlines is?

I really like how they fade out also. 

I tried making scanlines with the built-in filter but the lines end up so big, they don't look like scanlines.

Any advice??
