Specific Measuring tape

Hey everyone!
I am trying to build my website and for days I was trying to learn online how to create a real size measuring tape to print on an A4 and that will measure properly.
every one I tried wasn't the right one and honestly didn't look that great due to my lack of knowledge in photoshop etc...
I really need your help please, I need a Measuring tape that will have cm & inches and that will go up to 10inches.
I need it to be able to print on an A4 and use as a real one just like they do on these websites -

here's my companys logo if you can help me also to add that somewhere in the middle on the measuring tape? and maybe make the long lines on every one inch in the logos red from the "'"?
I don't know if I'm asking for too much...

Ok I think I got a solution for you, here we go. If you fold it in half you'll have both rulers. I measured against an actual calibrated ruler I have and its within 99.2 % acuarte.

I added the in and cm and moved it a bit around.
