I have 3 layers with object on each (PSD attached) when i merge the layers objects from layers with "opacity 50%" and "fill 50%" keep transparency even though new merged layer is having opacity 100% or filled 100 %.

How can i merge layers without keeping the opacity?

Sort of like when you go to Layer > Flatten Image it creates objects that are not transparent however its all objects and background are now one,
i need the same effect of losing transparency on merge in general, but without merging with background.
