Merging Layers?.-_.-

Is it possible to merge all layers without effecting how the image looks? For example, let's say I have a normal layer, a multiply, a color burn, etc. but I need to merge them all to one layer or convert to another format such as .png that merges all the layers automatically. Is it somehow possible to merge all these layers as one without changing how the image looks or is there a file format that does this? Any help would be awesome!

You should be able to merge all layers on to a new layer by holding cnrtl+shift+alt and press e. Sometimes with blend modes and other things I have seen layers that when merged give you something different than what you had. But you can try it and see. I recommend merging to a new layer just so you keep all the flexibility of having layer in case you want to go back past your history states.
