Yes, transform/warp the bottle with the reflections to fit over the other. Set the blend mode to overlay and opacity to 40% or so, given the darkness of the bottle.

Then as Hoogle suggested, if you want your letters and design to appear etched into the glass, make your letters in white (probably), then set the blend mode to overlay or soft light and add a bevel and emboss. Probably the defaults will work.

I tried using your download, but it was no better than a copy/paste. Those were the steps I came up with. I hope you have this in a better size and resolution to work on for yourself.

You can try pillow emboss for a more etched into look or in the default, set the direction to down instead of up. Hard to play around with this on such a small sample.
