My Logo Idea

Not a logo expert but in my opinion, I think it's a little bit too much and lacks a little bit of finesse. I think that if you put the play symbols you don't need to put the text "play". The smile's almost exactly like the one in amazon, being a yahoo logo that's a no-no unless they belong to the same company or share the app somehow....
The colors of yahoo are usually violet/blue, I don't know if the black suits the brand XD
Forgot to say that I think you can't remove the "!" from the yahoo name. It's like removing the M from MacDonalds
