Specific Neat challenge #1

Hello if it is possible I would like to get this tattoo taken off the body so I can give it to an artists to copy. If you could remove the body and enhance the tattoo that would be great thank you

I had zero luck cleaning this tattoo up Still its fun to fiddle and I tried to find something on the web like it that might be usable. One image is a 'can you draw this' and the other is free for non-commercial use.
I still ended up significantly altering both images.

Both are in PNG formant with transparent background. That why if you double click on them they display on a black background and disappear.
