Hello smart people, and yes, smart people cause i cannnot use this tools to save my life so, im asking for desesperate help.
Im having a new tattoo on frinday since its my BD gift and was told to choose a design (ofcourse), i found to images that i would love to have edited into a design, i have to apologize in advance cause i truly dont know what`s necessary to do this.

Of course i have the full quality image. What im looking for is something like this:
Buuuuut, in a paper white whole design kinda thing if that makes sense, like this:
That way i can just print it and make a stencil out of it, modify the size (my hand is just 10cm) and adjust it. Maybe this is too much to ask, im sorry in advance but i just to make myself clear if someone wants to help me.
