Hello photoshop gurus long time lurker, first time poster. I have a few photos that I was wondering if anyone was willing to change the spokes on the rim from silver to black? as much as id love to use PAINT and get it over with it of course wouldnt do it justice! Not sure if this is the correct place to post this thanks! on a old computer which has ancient software!
