Hi Blake

There were several clues that you gave me for my suggestion including that you were using ACR 10.0 (not the latest) and that you had the same problem on ACR and Lightroom.

Ii cannot diagnoise to root cause yet here is my suggestions

Based on the following link, turn off GPU acceleration and see if the problem goes away.  Others have seen somewhat similar issues as reported in the link:

Also, another approach is to update to the most recent GPU drivers for your hardware and also updating to the most recent ACR.  The combination may have resolved this bug:

I hope the above helps.

On a side issue, I noticed that you indicated you used your monitor profile as your color working space.  For a varieity of reasons you should use the standard working spaces of ProPhoto RGB, Adobe RGB, or sRGB and not other working spaces if working in RGB.  Also, it is very important to make sure that your monitor has been color calibrated/profiled as the associated ICC profile can introduce problems itself if not done well with hardware/software from the likes of Xrite/DataColor.  I don't think this is your root cause issue by any means yet a yellow flag that you were using it as a working space.

Hope the above information is helpful and would be worth a shot yet don't know if it is realated to your root cause problem
