Need help with a border

Hi All, I'm trying to make a simple border consisting of small daisy flowers. I notice however that when I move the daisy near the edge of the canvas that it wants to jump from one spot to another without my being able to place it exactly where I want to.
When it is away from the edge it drags smoothly and I can place it anywhere on the canvas that I like but near the edge it gets jumpy.
I'm using PS 7 on a Mac.

Limey or Lemon? Anyhow, I think you're looking for the "Snap to" setting. Go to "View" --> "Snap to" (Document bounds should be defaulted). Then you can select "None".
