Sorry EN, I have been so busy lately that I'm falling behind! I haven't forgotten about this!

I was watching this TUTORIAL VIDEO and thinking it was a good starting point for re-creating the button you're asking about. It's just a matter of using some of the techniques described to get a near perfect match to your example.
