Hi, i need this book stamp to be more clear and less foggy, maybe with a better definitions of the art elements. Thank you a lot. It will be used to mark the books that we've readed and will read, this year in my literature club.

Your best bet is certainly to recreate it like @JJLAPIN has done. Cleaning up the original image will be nearly impossible.
