Hello - I need to update the text in the attached image from New Claims Issue Resolution Request to New SC Health Plan Intake Request.

Existing text - New Claims Issue Resolution Request
Required text - New SC Health Plan Intake Request

Same font, same background, same font size. just need change in text.
