I was wondering like how I could make my pictures with those same colors, like same saturation, just as close as possible.
the more detailed, the better.

Sorry, but without seeing the original it's hard to tell how exactly it was done. Also the results of any ideas that we might have will never look the same, since we're forced to use a different photo. For example a different hair color, lighting or even the quality of the photo will have a huge impact on how much you will preceive the duplicated effect as close to the original.
I have done for example effects that I thought were worth writing a tutorial for, but they never left the drawing table simply for the fact that the effect only turned out to look great for that particular photo.
