needing help wit saving a flash image.

I am new to this borad and photoshop basically. anyhow, I have been tryin to make a web banner for some site for a friend, and i had made this banner lastnight. the pic is an attachment. so i had used magic wand, and had the whole word flashing. now, i saved it to my desktop and all i get is the jpeg version os this pic, w/o the flash, does anyone know how i can save it wit flash and all?

The title of your post is a little confusing as you mention saving a flash image. Flash is a specific file format for vector based animation using Macromedia's software Flash.

I'm going to presume that you are trying to create an animated GIF. If that's the case, you save all the elements of your animation as layers in Photoshop and then use the Switch To ImageReady button at the bottom of the Photoshop Tool palette.

Once there you set up the number of frames and in each frame use the eyeball next to each layer which you wish to have visible. You assign the timing each layer displays in the frames palette just below each image thumbnail, use the Optimize palette to figure out how many colors you wish to use in order to maximize the look of the animation while lowering the file size etc.
