New member section Announcement

I feel we should have a "New member section Announcement", this would include rules, and also user title meanings.

E.g, member, senior member, Guru and so on , this will help new members and also onld members know what the user titles mean

That has been done here. Although I think a few things in the rules have changed and they need to be updated, as well as user rank info added as you suggested

Thanks I was looing and couldn't find them, after all the forum has change since I was last here lol, it's a good change
