Many moons ago, I used to tutor math. Yeah, big surprise. Back then, I learned a little trick and I'm passing the savings on to you.

When things start to get confusing, just remember that 2+2=4. Sit back, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say 2+2=4.

Yes, something that simple does help. Not so much the simple arithmatic, but the idea of going backing up, sometimes to the very beginning. If you can't do basic addition, how can you expect to differentiate a trigonomic polynomial?

So, take it one piece at a time. Take the time to play and understand the small chunks.

Say it with me.

2+2=4
