Specific New Years Photo Photoshop

Hi!
I would appreciate it if someone could remove the light glare. One in the top of one of the pics, and one in the bottom right corner of the other one.

It is limited by the quality of the original of the image yet here is a try by me for the first image.

And here is a rough try at the second image. The quality of the second image is quite poor so this is the best I could do on short order. Since the speckles from the light did not interfere with any of the individuals, I left that pretty much as is and focused on overall and localized adjustments. Hope it is helpful
