Newbie Scratch Disk Question

Hi I have recently bought an SSD (sandisk 120GB) which i have installed windows on. i have another 500gb internal drive which is empty and am wondering whether i should install photoshop on the 500gb drive and put the scratch disk on the SSD or the other way round. I know that this has been discussed many times but I'm just getting conflicting info and am i bit rushed! :) thank you in advance for any help :)
 
120GB is just enough to have it all on it, windows, photoshop instalation etc..
its the best way to get it fast as possible.
option with scratching and swap file on ssd is for the disc under 64GB and makes not much improvements.
