Hi All,

I'm new to this neighborhood. Basically I use PS like a classical darkroom. At least that's my ambition. I have to admit, though, that I can do things in PS that I'd never have dreamt of in the old darkrooms I had. Aye, and there's the rub! Because there are so many new possibilities, I'd like to become ever more familiar with PS.

Just recently I graduated from CS3 to CS5. Feels like a mild culture shock. Things are irritatingly different, but I'm getting it slowly. Nice to know there are real, live Gurus in here who can light the way.

Welcome Firemoon. Isn't that always the way with new versions of anything? Maybe they have a quota of changes they have to make. Don't change it if it ain't broken goes out the window! You'll get used to it (which doesn't necessarily mean it won't still be irritating!).
