Specific Obituary Picture Edits

Can someone please use their editing skills to modify the three attached pictures? I'm requesting to have the background taken out. Please remove the appliances, cabinets, countertop and anything on the countertop removed.

Here is one, the quality is not the best so it's hard to make a good selection, I like the third better but without background, I'm afraid her right arm could look a little bit weird.
