Specific Old photo restoration

Did a lot of cleanup using both cloning and healing tools.
Added new background on separate layer.
Sharpened overall just a bit so as not to mar the presentation of the image.
There are still quite a few dust and scratches if you go in really close - that would be very time consuming.
Hopefully this works for you.
