I have a very old black & white dirty photo with a crease running down the centre I would like to clean it up make it like new any advise apricated.
I am using Photoshop cs6.

Much work has to be done
you could use the clone stamp, patch tool to remove the fold in the center

I took the liberty of doing a little surgery
I hope it's not a problem for you.
