I'm a Freelance Photographer and looking to strengthen my skills. I wanted a thorough online training/mentoring program that I could learn and have personal work evaluated. I mainly shoot Residential and Events.

So you feel the lynda.com is a good place for overall training in Photoshop and Lightroom? I'm really looking for a indep training course in Photoshop and Lightroom.

I just started kelbyone.com. So far I'm impressed. They have some free videos to look at to try it out.
