hi this is my first time doing this
what can i do to make it better
also how can i reduce the brightness of the people they are both on different layers

Use a brightness/contrast adjustment layer to adjust what you need.

Make sure you clip the adjustment layer to the layer underneath so it affects only the layer directly underneath it. This way, you could have an adjustment layer on each individual element for individual adjustments.

its very good, just not to realistic
