Out of bounds technique

hello everyone! I send a photo which a photoshop technique has been used in, I wonder which technique is this? I am really in love with this edit and I want to learn it. can anybody tell?? I appreciate your help.

Hello and welcome.

This is called "Out of Bounds" technique and is not at all new. Your example is just a variation of the technique wich I would call incomplete.

More than a new technique i see a good idea well executed, if a was trying to do it, i just took the picture of the girl on the bench an then add on ps the hand with the movil (looks like in this case they used an internet image) but you can took your own hand and movile if you use tripod.
And then cut the girl and put it over the movile.
