Parallel universes

I have to admit that the side by side image didn't do much for me but I liked the goggles concept. There was a real story implied in the image (for me). [confused] ;)

Yep - My thoughts exactly, I'd like to see more realism with a touch of blurry vision - makes the contrast more effective IMHO.

I have to agree with Welles on the side-by-side, but would like to see a "set" of goggles instead of just one :righton:

When you see something from behind specs you don't see two glasses.. you see through them as if you only had one eye and one glass.. If you concentrate, you'll see both slipped over each other.. and that'd be quite difficult to make;) hehe.. But I have given it a though previously..

The reason of these pictures is not to show reality but something beyond reality.. I'm interested in knowing whether my attempt at showing the parallel world has succeeded? hehe.. but thanks anyway:)

The side-by-side was a tryout.. I didn't know excactly what'd work out best because my first plan was to have two layers - the top layer should be transparent and blurry and have a few modifications.. but I found out that it would be very difficult and not very effective, so I played with the Warp-feature from CS2 .. that's how I made it look round and such..
