It's a long shot but I can't find this plugin anywhere. I had it from the 2000s, I think there were other plugins in the suite that contained it but I deleted those and used only the Persian Rug filter. There's one at Filter Forge, but I don't think it's the same one.
Does anyone know where I can find this old ridiculously hard to find and obscure plugin or does somebody still have it from 10-20 years ago? Or is it the Filter Forge one I'm thinking of? Filter Forge doesn't stand out in my mind of suites I owned for Photoshop 7. Had it on an old computer that died before I could transfer everything.
