Specific Person Removal

Help! I am trying to remove a fellow agent from a photo for him, to give as a gift. He would like himself, and the bottle he is holding, removed from the photo, if at all possible. He is the gentleman in the blue shirt, and white tie. Thank you!

That was a hard one! I'm not satisfied with how it turned out, but in case it's enough (or if someone else wants to pick up where I left off) here is what I came up with.
