Photoshop quits unexpectedly and I loose my work

Hello everyone,
i just bought a brand new intel macbook pro which is under macOS Big Sur 11.5
Here is the problem;
When I work a RAW with ACR, then Photoshop (with my creative Cloud subscription)
then Nik Collection, Photoshop quits, and I lose all my work.
With my old MacBook Pro under MacOS Mojave it never happened that Photoshop suddenly quits.
Do you have any experience of this?
Thanks for your help.

I wonder if the problem would come from the OS Big Sur with which I had other problems.
Should I go back to the Mojave OS?
