Photoshop request!

Hey! I have CS3 on an old HDD but I am having trouble opening the program. :frown: I am trying to give myself an idea of how a certain color stripe on my car would look. Below is a dodge charger picture from google that has the stripe I would be interested seeing on my car. If someone could make the car a darkish blue and the stripe gray that would be great! I have also attached a picture of my car to show its color.
