Please Help me Cut and Paste my image to another image

Can anyone here please help me with this:

I'm the girl in the pink sweater hugging the Teddy Bear.
I would like to crop myself hugging the man in the other photo (instead of the Teddy Bear).
I tried to do it myself but it's a mess. I don't know the right tools to use and I don't even know how to mirror my image (so I used another image).
If you can please help me crop my photo beautifully into the other photo (with the man standing stretching his arm).
Or you can let me know what is the best and easiest app to use for this?
