Specific Please photoshop my dog’s blurry face

Could somebody please photoshop the blurry head of my dog in this photo? I added a couple of other pictures of my dog to use if that helps.

If you could also make the picture a bit less gritty (it was taken in poor lighting) that would be a much appreciated bonus ! Thanks!
