all photoshop, from scratch. I started it this morning. put on the 'Afro-celt' 2nd cd and this happened.
I created the lady some time ago and have been using her as a theme for some time. Unfortunately, there's a lot of .jpg artifacting in this image for screen. The Tiff is 300dpi and very clean, Sorry. If anyone has a formula to avoid this, I'd like to hear it. Most of my stuff is for print.
