I did both.. the file worked on my machine...

I used Photoshop.. and so did they..
but they used an I-mac.. and I used a PC to create it.. no other difference...

But I worked it out with some lady.. on the phone..

She INSISTED that I'd make an EPS.. cos they had problems with PDF..

So I made an EPS.. zipped it (GEEZZ does that Make a Difference!!! I didn't know that an EPS of 7 MB's can go down to 150 KB by just ZIPPIN it... useful to know!!!! ) and I mailed it...

But I first brought them a cd with EVERY FORMAT on it.. so I don't know why that didn't work...

anyway I learned about I-mac and PC differences and saving options for EPS and PDF.. so I got it right in the end!!!
