Problem when exporting an artboard

Hi,

I'm having trouble exporting artboards in a Photoshop project.

This is what I get when exporting artboards from the project. Artboards to files.

I've used the same project to export a 5 artboards without a prob last week. But today wanting to export new artboard, so adding new content to the project, I got this.




I created a new project with content from the same projects (by duplicating) with same layers. When I export it as an artboard, I don't get a prob.

I uploaded two PSD files: one that I have a problem with and another that exports without any problems.

Hi @H_GG

I downloaded the two files and on each, without touching anything, I did a File > Export > Artboards to Files

And both were completed. Therefore, I am unable to replicate your issue.
I am using PS 2025 26.4.0 release.

Download does not work for me. It downloads but will not open.
