I'm guessing so. Does that not sound right? I don't claim to be a computer wiz by any stretch of the imagination. I'm more of the creative type than anything. Adobe was the one who had me move over to 32 bit, but your question has got me thinking.

This is the CS5 version I have on my computer:

Adobe Photoshop Version: 12.0.2 (12.0.2x20101122 [20101122.r.1204 2010/11/22:02:00:00 cutoff; r branch]) x32
