Ok............

You highlight all the layers that contain the sections. You do this by clicking once on the first layer (top or bottom, doesn't matter) then hold down the SHIFT key and click on the last layer.
Should look like this.......
[ATTACH]64301[/ATTACH]

Then hit Cmd/Cntrl + E to merge.
