I've spent many more hours on this and trips to Walgreen's than I want to admit. I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help.
I want to take these 3 photos (sorry for bypassing link post limit, but it's just photobucket):

Make them 3 inches tall by 4 inches wide. I want to then put it on a 4 inches tall by 6 inches wide image. I then want to take the images, go to Walgreen's, print out the 4x6, and cut out off the white borders to put in the 3x4 picture frames.
I've tried Gimp, Photoshop CS5, Picasa, Paint, Kodak Machine items, etc. I feel like this task is really simple but nothing has worked. Please help me, I'm going crazy.
